About Us

A registered diaspora nonprofit advancing democracy, integrity, and sustainable development for Kenya.

Our Story

Kenyans abroad, working for Kenya

Kenyan Advocates for Democracy and Development (KADD) was founded by members of the Kenyan diaspora in the United States who share a deep belief that democracy, integrity in leadership, and sustainable development are the foundation of a thriving nation.

KADD is a registered nonprofit organization. It brings together Kenyans living abroad and friends of Kenya who want to channel their expertise, networks, and resources toward meaningful, lasting change — both in the diaspora and at home.

We believe the diaspora is a powerful force for good governance. Through advocacy, civic education, and strategic partnerships, KADD turns that belief into action.
