KADD is governed through a clear, accountable structure established in its Articles of Association.
Board of Directors
Five to fifteen members who set strategic direction and ensure compliance with U.S. and Ohio nonprofit law.
Executive Committee
Office bearers who provide day-to-day leadership and coordinate KADD's programs and activities.
Advisory Board
Up to five appointed advisors providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to the organization.
Division Coordinators
State-level leaders who mobilize diaspora members across the United States.
